Returning or exchanging: We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after your Annual Sale purchase. If exchanging a discounted item for a non-discounted item, a payment request will automatically be sent to your inbox when the exchange is being processed. If exchanging to a more discounted product, a refund of the difference will automatically find it's way to you. Otherwise, we exchange freely.
Returns are costly for the planet and for us. Therefore, we deduct €5 shipping costs for any returned Annual Sale orders returning for a refund (only) - we hope this will reduce the negative impact of excessive return logistics, especially during sales.
Combination of discounts: - It's not possible to combine discounts codes during LABFRESH sales. - It is possible to check out using store credit.

We offer free deliveries (from €80 to most European countries) within 1-4 business days.
Yes! As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with your Track & Trace link. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder or get in touch.
We offer free exchanges up to 60 days after purchase. Full refunds are costly for the planet and for us. Therefore we charge €5 shipping costs for full refunds - we hope this will reduce the negative impact of excessive return logistics.

Exchanging or returning ✓ Not the right size or fit? Exchanging is free! Should you return your order and prefer to keep the free t-shirt(s), then we will deduct the price of the kept t-shirt(s) from the refunded amount.
Exchanging for another size, colour or fit is free for all orders, also for bundles.

97% of our fabrics and textile treatments are made in Switzerland and Portugal, and 97% of the stitching is done in Portugal, North Macedonia, and Turkey. For socks and undershirts we work with a Danish agency that facilitates Chinese production (OEKO-TEX and SA8000 certified).
When you sweat in a LABFRESH product, the sweat is not absorbed by the fabric. The temperature difference between your warm body and the outside temperature enables the sweat to evaporate through the fabric, which is how your body and shirt stay dry. Our socks do not hide sweat stains, but are antibacterial so they are odour repellent. Read on to learn how our t-shirts do it.
T-shirts Our t-shirts are moisture wicking. That means the inside of the fabric absorbs your sweat and spreads it over a wider surface so it dries quicker. On the outside of the t-shirt, the sweat stays invisible.
Treat your apparel well: no tumble drying, no fabric softener, low RPM’s, wash on low temperatures, and we solemnly swear you will enjoy your lifeproof apparel for a long-long time. Read detailed care instructions here.
If you get a liquid stain on the product, do not wipe it off or rub it in. Instead, rinse it off under running water immediately. If a stain gets into the fabric, wash it at 40°C with some stain remover on the spot.
We have two levels of wrinkle resistant performance within our collection. Our Non-Iron items don’t need ironing at all. The Easy Care products have a "Durable Press rating" between 3.0 and 3.5, which is the commonly accepted definition of "wrinkle-free" fabrics. They require ironing between washes.

We offer shirts in slim fit and regular fit. The slim fit shirts range from size S to XXL. Our other upper-body products are one-fit. Our one-fit & regular fit products range from S to 3XL. Our pants and shorts range from waist: 28 to 36 and length: 30 to 36. You can find detailed measurements in the size chart on the product pages.

Nope. FreshCore™ is both invisible to the eye and untraceable when touching the fabric. When applying the treatment mix, we completely preserve the natural texture, softness and breathability of the premium cotton used.
Yes. The performance enhancing technologies are individually used on synthetic fabrics in the military and medicine field for years. With LABFRESH we have succeeded in combining the technologies on 100% cotton or recycled materials. We made a decision to produce the technology within the EU, which means that our partners live up to the REACH regulations set by the European commission, which are the harshest regulations for use of chemicals in textiles. Our fabrics and yarns are also STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® and BlueSign™ certified. We can obtain these certifications because we choose our suppliers, treatments and fabrics carefully. We don't use nano-coatings or treat the surfaces of the fabric - we only treat the yarn.

There’s a few ways we help you benefit the environment: 1. Our customers wear their LABFRESH products - on average - 3.5 times before washing them. Modern washing machines use around 20 litres of water for a regular cycle. Every time you are able to wear your clothing one more day, you save a significant amount of water.
2. 25% of all energy usage in an average household is washing and cleaning. With LABFRESH you reduce the use and you don’t just save on your energy bill, but also significantly reduce your ecological footprint.
3. Frequent washing is the main reason clothing wears out. That’s why our products on average last 3 times as long as their average counterparts. Buy less, wash less, wear longer - the easiest way you can save money and reduce waste.
Our products are treated around the yarn, without creating a coating. It makes the fabric repellent of water based fluids, while it keeps the natural feeling and breathability of 100% cotton. Yellow stains are caused by deodorant/antiperspirant or the acidity of your sweat. The primary active ingredient in antiperspirants and deodorants is aluminum. Yellow armpit stains are caused when odourless, colourless sweat (which is a protein) reacts with the aluminum. We therefore recommend choosing a deodorant without aluminum.

Yes. The performance deteriorates very slightly with each wash, but it will always perform better than any non-technological garment. Read about our specific commitments here.

Please note: if you check out in USD, CAD, DKK or GBP, the conversion is based on the latest (hourly) exchange rates and therefore may fluctuate. Should you opt for a refund, we will refund the amount in EUR, which is then converted to the currency you paid in.

When ordering a pre-order item and an in-stock item in one order, the order will ship when the pre-ordered items are ready too. If both items in your basket are over €60, you are eligible for separate shipping. Submit your request by contacting us.
